At University Bookseller we want all of our customers to receive the best and most efficient service we can possibly offer.

We know that peace of mind is very important when dealing with companies you don't know, especially when ordering online & paying by credit card over the Internet. That is why we have built this website to be as easy as possible to find the titles you require and with a totally secure shopping system.  If you cannot find the title you are looking for please call us on 01752 660428.

Prices & Bibliographical Data

The prices displayed are less postage and packing, and will be discounted depending on your accout/login details.

Searching

You can search using the "Find a Book:" entry box or by clicking the "Refine Search" button to reveal the more advanced search facility.   If you cannot find the book you are looking for please email us or call 01752 660428 to check availability.

Security

Our site uses a secure server and company for taking payment and data is handled externally by Secure Trading.

Your Account

All your details are stored securely and will not be used for any other purposes other than contacting you in the event that you have asked us to or a particular offer will be of interest.

Shopping

We have tried to make the shopping experience as easy as possible.  To purchase book(s) simply click the “add to bag link” after locating your book and in the top right corner of the page you will see how many books are in your bag.  When you have all your texts you require click the “checkout” button to see a list of what you have selected.  You can then delete, proceed with your current selection or add more to the bag.

Delivery

Delivery will be as fast as possible.  If we have the book in stock we will put it back for you the same day or deliver it within two days depending on your delivery choice.  If the book has to be ordered it will be a maximum of five working days but most books take one or two days to arrive. If a title is re-printing, out of print or print on demand we will contact you and ask you what you wish to do depending on the circumstances. 

We can chase an order at any time and will happily chase your order if you contact us and wish us to.

Refunds

University Bookseller is happy to give a refund for any book that is purchased and found to be defective or damaged.  If the book is in good condition and has been returned within 5 working days we will be happy to exchange the book or issue a credit note upon proof of purchase. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.
